By accessing, browsing, or using Doctiplus ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website, mobile application, and all related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("user," "patient," or "you") and Doctiplus. If you are using Doctiplus on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use Doctiplus or any of our services.

2About Doctiplus Services

Doctiplus is a global digital healthcare platform that connects patients with certified, licensed doctors for:

  • Online video consultations available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • In person clinic appointments with verified specialists
  • Digital e prescriptions issued by licensed physicians
  • Medical advice, follow ups, and specialist referrals
  • Access to 50+ medical specialties across 90+ countries
  • Secure storage of digital health records

Doctiplus acts as an intermediary platform that facilitates communication between patients and healthcare providers. We do not directly provide medical services, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical services are delivered by independent licensed healthcare professionals.

3Eligibility and Account Registration

To use Doctiplus services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable laws
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

Minors and Dependents

Parents or legal guardians may book consultations on behalf of minors. By doing so, you confirm that you have the legal right to make healthcare decisions for that individual.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Doctiplus account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at info@doctiplus.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

4Medical Disclaimer

Important Medical Notice

Doctiplus is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency, call your local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.

The medical information, advice, and consultations provided through Doctiplus are intended for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified healthcare provider who has physically examined you.

5User Responsibilities

When using Doctiplus, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete medical and personal information
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes and personal healthcare needs
  • Respect the doctors, specialists, and support staff on Doctiplus
  • Not misuse prescriptions, advice, or digital health records
  • Keep your login credentials private and secure
  • Report any technical issues or suspicious activity promptly
  • Follow the medical advice and treatment plans provided responsibly

6Booking and Consultations

Doctiplus allows you to book video consultations and in person appointments with certified doctors through our platform.

Booking Process

  • Select a doctor, specialty, country, and city
  • Choose your preferred date, time, and consultation type
  • Confirm and pay the consultation fee securely
  • Receive email confirmation with consultation details

Consultation Conduct

Both patients and doctors agree to conduct consultations respectfully, professionally, and within the boundaries of applicable medical ethics and laws. Recording or sharing consultations without consent is strictly prohibited.

7Fees and Payment Terms

Consultation fees on Doctiplus vary depending on the doctor, specialty, and type of session. All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm your booking. There are no hidden charges.

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Bank transfers (in select regions)

Insurance Coverage

Doctiplus partners with leading global health insurance providers including Cigna Global, Allianz Care, AXA Global, Bupa Global, Aetna International, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and IMG Global. Please verify your insurance coverage with your provider before booking.

Currency and Taxes

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes may be added based on your location.

8Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Doctiplus offers a fair cancellation and refund policy:

  • Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation
  • Full refund if the doctor is unavailable or cancels the consultation
  • Full refund in case of verified technical issues that prevent the consultation from taking place
  • Partial or no refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment
  • No refunds once the consultation has been completed

9Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is our top priority. Doctiplus is fully HIPAA compliant and uses bank level encryption to protect your personal and medical data.

We follow strict data protection practices in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

  • Your consultations are end to end encrypted and confidential
  • Your medical data is never sold or shared without your explicit consent
  • You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data anytime

10Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Doctiplus, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, design, and trademarks, is the property of Doctiplus or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to access and use Doctiplus for personal, non commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
  • Use Doctiplus branding or trademarks without written permission
  • Scrape, extract, or mine data from our platform

11Prohibited Activities

When using Doctiplus, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
  • Share false, misleading, or harmful medical information
  • Impersonate any person, doctor, or organization
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Doctiplus systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse doctors, staff, or other users
  • Misuse e prescriptions or medical records

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination and possible legal action.

12Limitation of Liability

Doctiplus provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work diligently to ensure accurate, reliable healthcare access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error free, or entirely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doctiplus and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Medical decisions or outcomes resulting from consultations
  • Actions, advice, or negligence of independent doctors
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or opportunities
  • Issues arising from third party payment processors or insurers
  • Events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doctiplus, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Doctiplus platform
  • Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
  • Your violation of any third party rights
  • Any false or misleading information you provide

14Termination of Services

Doctiplus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have:

  • Violated these Terms or any applicable laws
  • Engaged in fraudulent, harmful, or abusive behavior
  • Provided false or misleading information
  • Compromised platform security

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@doctiplus.co. Termination does not affect any obligations incurred before the termination date.
