A patient completes a confirmed appointment — either a video consultation or an in-person visit with a Doctiplus-listed doctor. Only completed sessions unlock the review form.

Review Invitation Sent

Within 24 hours of their appointment ending, the patient receives a secure review invitation in their patient dashboard. They are asked to rate five key aspects of their experience.

Review Submitted and Verified

The patient submits their star rating and written feedback. Our moderation team checks the review against our community guidelines for authenticity, then approves it for publication.

Published on Doctor Profile

The verified review appears publicly on the doctor's profile page and contributes to their overall rating. Doctors may post a professional response, but cannot delete or alter any review.
