Following a video consultation in which your doctor assesses your fitness for work, they can issue a sick note or medical certificate for employers, schools, universities, insurance companies and benefit agencies, subject to local requirements. The certificate is issued digitally and delivered to your account after the consultation. Fitness to fly certificates for travel are also available where clinically appropriate.

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled from your Doctiplus account at any time up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Video consultations can be rescheduled up to 1 hour before in most cases.
