All reviews include a date stamp and are sorted by recency by default. Patients can filter by most recent, highest rated, or specific specialty to ensure the feedback they read is current and relevant.

Doctor Response Allowed

Doctors may post a professional written response to any review on their profile. This encourages constructive dialogue and gives patients additional context — but the original review score is never altered.

After your consultation ends, a review invitation will appear in your Doctiplus patient dashboard within 24 hours. You will be prompted to rate your doctor across five criteria and write an optional written comment. Reviews can also be submitted via the link in your post-appointment email.
Yes. You can choose not to display your name or location when your review is published. Your review will appear as submitted by "Anonymous Patient" on the doctor's profile. Your appointment record is still verified internally, so your rating is counted in the doctor's overall score.

After 14 days, the review is locked to preserve the integrity of the historical record. Yes. Doctiplus monitors all doctor ratings continuously. Doctors who receive a sustained pattern of low scores or multiple patient complaints are flagged for review by our clinical governance team. In serious cases, doctors may be suspended from accepting new bookings until an investigation is completed.
