About Dr. Harpaul “Paul” Gill
Dr. Harpaul “Paul” Gill is a board-certified neurologist and founder of Gill Neuroscience in Houston. He diagnoses and treats conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles. Dr. Gill grew up in Cypress and attended Jersey Village High School. He earned his medical degree from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine in 2002. He completed neurology residency training at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, serving as chief resident during his final year.
After residency, Dr. Gill joined the University of Oklahoma neurology faculty as an assistant professor. He later returned to the Houston area and established Gill Neuroscience in 2009. He helped develop the stroke center at North Cypress Medical Center and currently serves as its stroke medical director and chair of the Department of Neurosciences.
