Yes. You can choose not to display your name or location when your review is published. Your review will appear as submitted by "Anonymous Patient" on the doctor's profile. Your appointment record is still verified internally, so your rating is counted in the doctor's overall score.
Reviews are typically published within 24 to 48 hours of submission. Our human moderation team reads every review before it goes live to ensure it meets our community guidelines. You will receive an email notification when your review has been published.
No. Doctors and clinics listed on Doctiplus cannot request the removal or alteration of any patient review. The only reason a review is removed is if it violates our community guidelines — such as containing abusive language or falsified information. Verified negative reviews are permanent.
